The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 5,

An Act relating to election campaigns, election campaign                      
financing, the oversight and regulation of election campaigns, the             
activities of lobbyists that relate to election campaigns, the                 
definitions of offenses of campaign misconduct, and to the use of              
the net proceeds of charitable gaming activities in election                   
campaigns; and providing for an effective date.
